Lem’Olistic is that little drop of lemon on your favourite dish, adding zest, an energising smell, and brightness.
It creates connection, lifts your mood, and brings energy to your everyday life.
It gives your content that same sparkle, helping you reach, delight, and nurture your audience… while doing your business (and yourself) a world of good.
Why “holistic”?
Definition: dealing with or treating the whole of something or someone and not just a part (Cambridge Dictionary)
And really: what could better embody a holistic approach to growth and wellbeing than lemon?
Freshly squeezed for a raw flavour, sweetened in lemonade, drizzled over seafood, simmered in a tagine, or infused with ginger in a soothing tea…
Lemon adapts to every need, every mood, and can be consumed at will.
What about nutrition, health and beauty?
Lemon wears many hats – and so do I.
It connects every part of my journey, both personal and professional.
Because one does not exist without the other. Together, they form a whole that grows more harmonious with time.

How far back should I go?
To that eight-year-old girl who told her parents she wanted to be a novelist?
Or to my little self puzzled by the litter piled along the roadside on summer holidays?
Already dreaming of a magic wand to make people and the planet feel better.
Or perhaps to the moment, at 16, when I decided I would go to Australia as soon as I turned 18. A few years of saving later, I boarded that plane in 2003: that first trip Down Under at almost 19 changed everything.
Why Australia?
Because it spoke English.
Because it was beautiful.
Because it was far away.
Because it was different: vast landscapes, open skies, and a laid-back spirit.
I knew I would feel at home there.
My quest for wellness had already started.
Before becoming an English teacher in 2007, I spent two years abroad. Far away, again.
First at Concordia University, in Montréal, Canada, during my first MA year in English Studies (2004–2005).
My research thesis was focused on history, roots and resilience: “Italians in Canada since 1945”. A nod to my paternal roots, inspired by conversations with my grandfather, whose parents were Italian. Understanding where you come from helps you grow, the same way any brand worth its salt knows its origins and purpose!
The WHY matters.
I did not feel like taking the CAPES exam and become a teacher right away.
I wanted to make my dream come true first: spending a whole year in Australia: in 2006, I worked as a French language assistant in schools and high schools of Perth, Western Australia.
Was it the best year of my life? Quite possibly. It was certainly the year I came alive.
Coming home wasn’t easy.
But I earned my CAPES in English and began teaching: a beautiful profession built on helping and sharing.

After five years, I felt a calling for something new, a shift before a potential family life began.
During my intense, enriching year retraining at Université Paris Cité (2012–2013), I focused my Master’s thesis (document research, terminology and translation) on eco-design applied to cosmetics.
It was a revelation.
Approaching thirty, the idea of self-care felt essential in an increasingly extreme world.
During my first maternity leave, just before the COVID pandemic, I began studying to become a certified nutrition coach.
Challenging, yes. But what a sense of accomplishment!
I never stop learning. It is a need as much as a passion, exploring every facet of who I am, while staying aligned with my values.
Meanwhile, I kept teaching... at university this time. Passion can last!
I now lecture in press and cosmetic translation. That bond with students is invaluable: it keeps me learning, growing, and passing it forward.
And in 2025, I decided to expand my services even further, by adding copywriting to the mix. After completing Sélim Niederhoffer’s 10x10 Protocol: Become a 5-Star Copywriter training (author of Le Guide du copywriting, Eyrolles editions), I now help brands shine brighter through words that sell and resonate.
If you have made it this far, you might be thinking: does she ever stop studying? Has she found a balance?
Well, in holistic wellbeing, here are the essentials: eat well, sleep well, find balance between work and life, and nurture both your body and mind.

I love reading and writing. Languages fascinate me.
Yet sport, and the values it carries, has shaped me just as much.
Rhythmic Gymnastics was my world for 17 years: I even became a judge and coach in my lifelong club.
Then came tennis, another passion. But days only last 24 hours. For two years, I alternated between both in the same gym. Quite literally.
Two disciplines that train both body and mind. Much like running a business!

Over time, I have become deeply aware of all the factors that support both physical and mental wellbeing. The key is to put them into practice daily.
The same goes for a business: if a link is missing in your chain, if you skip a step in your product’s lifecycle, if you have forgotten an ingredient (let’s say, lemon!), you will not get real far.
Lem’Olistic is that missing link helping you strengthen your brand through high-quality content, thoughtful advice, and tailored training.
Because when all the right ingredients come together, the results truly shine.
