That is how we maintain productivity, reliability, and high quality

My areas of specialisation include perfumes & cosmetics, nutrition (Health & Beauty in general), lifestyle, wellness, tourism, and sports (especially tennis and Rhythmic Gymnastic). 

That said, as a marketing content expert, I can sometimes handle projects slightly outside those areas. 

However, for legal, financial, or IT-related texts, I will be happy to refer you to trusted colleagues who specialise in those fields!

It depends on your document: its technicality, the level of adaptation or localisation required for your target audience, etc.

We will discuss your needs together, and I will send you a personalised quote with an estimated turnaround.

As a general guideline, translators handle around 2,000 to 3,000 words per working day, depending on the content type.

If I am unavailable and your request is urgent, I can reach out to reliable colleagues I know and trust to ensure your project is in good hands.

For proofreading, I usually review 700 to 1,000 words per hour though it also depends on the type of content and on the quality of the original text!

To prepare an accurate quote, I need to see the files you want translated or proofread.

That allows me to estimate the word count, level of work required, and turnaround time, and to offer you a rate per word or per hour accordingly.

Whenever possible, please send editable formats (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) rather than PDFs.

This ensures I can deliver a ready-to-use, properly formatted document.

Otherwise, you might need to plan for some additional layout or design work afterwards.

Think about translation and proofreading early in your project timeline: it saves time later!

Once you have received your files, feel free to share your feedback.

It is always helpful for both sides!
