Let’s talk about your projecT

I guarantee full confidentiality at all times.
In the cases when I use AI (see Translation, Proofreading, and Copywriting pages), I make sure never to share any sensitive or confidential data.
We can also sign an NDA if needed.
In translation, rates are traditionally based on the word count in the source text.
For instance, a 300-word page at €0.15/word would cost €45.
However, many professionals are now switching to hourly rates, which tend to be clearer, more transparent, and often fairer for both parties.
Even if estimating time in advance can be tricky (document type, subject matter, creativity, urgency, etc.).
I also apply an hourly rate for proofreading.
For copywriting, rates vary depending on your needs: hourly, daily, per project, subscription, or package.
It all depends on your goals and the type of content: newsletters, email campaigns, blog posts, social media, product sheets, sales funnels, landing pages, websites, ads, video scripts, and more.
Let’s discuss your project and find the right fit!

For translation:
I use glossaries, which I customise to ensure consistent terminology, style guides specific to each client, which I can create as part of a collaborative process, as well as CAT tools.
Computer-Assisted Translation tools store translations in a memory database for each client, allowing reuse in future projects, thus ensuring consistency across all your materials.
That’s the value of a long-term collaboration!
For copywriting:
I use tools such as Notion and System.io to visualise and structure sales pages.
But I am happy to work with your own tools if you would prefer: flexibility is key to smooth collaboration.
There are now AI tools I may use occasionally, but not systematically.
And not necessarily to translate or write!
In translation and copywriting, human input is essential.
So, if you decide to use AI to translate or write, my work is key to:
No matter how “intelligent” it seems, AI does not understand: it misses context, nuance, subtext, intention, and emotion.
It can also invent things (known as hallucinations) without telling.
Or drop key words entirely (when translating).
So, I can pre-translate your text using an AI tool, then proofread the result and improve it.
This is called post-editing.
I can also write your copy using a detailed, rigorous, and precise prompt based on your brief.
But for optimal differentiation, among other things, there is always room for improvement.
Generally, I prefer translating and writing myself for various reasons that we can discuss at length.
I may occasionally use AI to:
Lastly, to enhance productivity as part of a long-term collaboration, I already use other tools (see Q3 above).
Please do not hesitate to contact me to learn more about AI in translation and copywriting.
AI should only be used when it truly adds value, in moderation and with discernment, by carrying out checks – or letting a subject-matter expert do the job. And always as a tool at your service, not as a shortcut.
I used to offer tutoring sessions a few years ago.
I can do so again, including conversation practice.
Contact me if you are interested, and we will talk about it!
Not yet, but I am looking forward to it!
I want to maintain the highest standards, so I am planning additional training in early 2026 before officially launching this service.
Then, my offer, Lem’Olistic, will bring everything together in a (holistic!) approach:
Because I love helping others grow, on a personal level, in their pursuit of well-being, while supporting brands that share this mission.
